An End-User is any individual account registered to download and use apps from your private Client App Store. Administrators who only access the Appstore360 Console do not count towards this limit.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades are pro-rated, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. We believe in fair usage and won't cut off your service unexpectedly. We'll work with you to find a solution, which usually involves upgrading to a plan that better suits your needs.
